Thank you for choosing Resin Fate. We are committed to delivering your handmade treasures safely and efficiently. This policy outlines our shipping procedures, timelines, and responsibilities to ensure a transparent and professional experience.

1. Order Processing & Fulfillment

Processing Time: All orders require 2-4 business days for processing prior to shipment. This time is essential for the careful inspection, secure packaging, and administrative handling of your handmade items. Processing times may extend during promotional periods or holidays, which will be communicated via our website announcements.

Order Status & Communication: You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase. A second notification with your tracking information will be sent once your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Methods & Timeframes

We partner with reliable carriers to ensure the safe delivery of your items. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and selected service level.

Domestic Shipping (United States):

  • Standard Shipping: 5-8 business days after 2-4 processing day.

  • Expedited Shipping: 5-8 business after 1 processing day (available at checkout).

International Shipping:

  • Delivery Estimates: 10-21+ business days after shipping, depending on destination and customs processing.

  • Important: The customer is solely responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are determined by the destination country's customs authority.

3. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, APO/FPO addresses, and to over 76 countries worldwide. Available destinations will be displayed at checkout.

4. Package Tracking

All orders are shipped with tracking. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to monitor its journey.

5. Shipping Address Accuracy

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and correct shipping address at checkout. We are not liable for orders shipped to an incorrect or invalid address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, any costs for reshipping will be borne by the customer.

6. Lost, Damaged, or Undelivered Packages

While we ensure all packages are securely packed, the following outlines our stance once a package is in the carrier's possession:

  • Lost in Transit: If tracking indicates a package is lost, we will initiate a trace with the carrier. We reserve the right to determine the resolution (replacement or refund) on a case-by-case basis after the carrier's investigation period.

  • Damaged Items: Please inspect your package upon delivery. If items are damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the damaged item and its packaging. We will work promptly to resolve the issue, which may involve a replacement (subject to availability) or refund.

  • Carrier "Delivered" Status: Packages marked as "Delivered" by the carrier are considered delivered. We are not responsible for packages stolen from or not received at the provided address after delivery confirmation.

7. Delays & Force Majeure

Delivery estimates are provided by carriers and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, natural disasters, customs inspections, carrier errors, or other events beyond our reasonable control ("force majeure").
